Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our return and refund process, eligibility requirements, and how to initiate a return.

1. Return Eligibility

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returns must be initiated within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund.

Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:

Unused: The product must not have been installed or modified in any way
Original Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging, including all components, accessories, and documentation
No Damage: Products must be free from damage, scratches, or signs of use
Complete: All parts, hardware, and included items must be present

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been installed, modified, damaged, or are missing components cannot be returned. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return depending on the circumstances.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact us at exhaustcutout@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: We will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.

Step 3: Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include the RA number on the outside of the package.

Step 4: Ship the return to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Step 5: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

3. Refund Process

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Refund Amount

You will receive a full refund of the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, please contact us immediately at exhaustcutout@gmail.com. We will cover all return shipping costs and expedite the replacement or refund process. Please include photos of the defect or incorrect item when contacting us.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product variant, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the item you need. This ensures you receive the correct product quickly and we can process your return efficiently.

6. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at exhaustcutout@gmail.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process once you receive the item.

7. Warranty Information

We provide a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, racing, normal wear and tear, or modifications to the product. If you believe you have a manufacturing defect, please contact us with details and photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
