We ship exhaust cutout kits directly to customers across the United States through our fulfillment partners. This policy explains our shipping methods, timelines, costs, and what to expect when you place an order.

1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (Free for US Orders)

  • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days from the date your order ships
  • Carrier: USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground (selected based on your location for fastest delivery)
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
  • Cost: FREE for all orders shipped within the United States

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships with tracking information.

Fulfillment & Shipping Origin

All orders are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted fulfillment partners located within the United States. Your order may ship from various fulfillment centers across the US to ensure the fastest delivery time to your location. The shipping label and tracking information will reflect the fulfillment center that processes your specific order.

2. Shipping Locations

United States

We currently ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Free standard shipping applies to all US destinations. Delivery times may vary slightly for Alaska and Hawaii (typically 5-7 business days).

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. If you are located outside the US and are interested in our products, please contact us at exhaustcutout@gmail.com to discuss potential shipping options.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website (USPS or FedEx) to monitor your package's progress. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at exhaustcutout@gmail.com.

4. Shipping Address Requirements

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address.
  • If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at exhaustcutout@gmail.com. Changes may not be possible if your order has already shipped.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at exhaustcutout@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or processing a refund.

Lost Packages: If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.

Delivery Issues: If you experience any issues with delivery, including delays beyond the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us. We are committed to ensuring you receive your order.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped within the United States, no customs fees or import duties apply. Sales tax may be calculated and charged at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws. All taxes are calculated automatically by our payment processor (Stripe) in accordance with current tax regulations.
